This might be preventing your PC from starting, even though it worked on another machine. Checked the CPU in a different system and it functioned properly there.

Bent pins are rarely acceptable and probably indicate an issue when your CPU is in another system.

Have you tried a different motherboard to verify this problem?

Found a few bent pins around. Consider replacing the motherboard or learn to use tweezers better.

Unless the new motherboard has bent pins, it should function (We confirmed the CPU works on another board). Your previous comment mentioned only changing the CPU cooler, which shouldn’t affect the pins. Did you take out the CPU during the cooler swap?

I had to take out the CPU because the new cooler uses a different mounting system than the old one.

Did Hinjima notice my previous message? I had to take out the CPU while installing the cooler since the standard mount needed to be removed to fit the Artic Liquid freeze Intel mount. I hope this resolves my problem.
