Your friend is assembling a PC using components from another person. All parts are connected, but when power is applied the motherboard lights up in the top left corner red without any action. It doesn’t seem like a debug indicator, so it’s unclear what’s wrong. The BIOS appears to be functioning properly since it was recently updated and works with the 3600x on another machine.
