Inequality appears to be the core problem here. The system fails to power on at all, even with the new components installed. There seems to be a significant issue with the power delivery, possibly a damaged power supply unit. The motherboard and graphics card are functioning but not providing stable power. I suspect the power supply is faulty, which could explain the random shutdowns and lack of display output.

My previous setup was only a Predator G3 -710, while the current one is a TUF B450M Plus.

You're referring to the graphics card, and it's likely it doesn't use around 450 watts of power.

It uses roughly 100 watts, which suggests your power supply might not be overloaded.

I received a fresh CPU along with the motherboard. The previous board isn’t working. It’s possible the new board had an issue and damaged both CPUs.
