Problem with starting the computer.
I press the power button on my PC and the fan's RGB lights flash, then begin spinning before stopping. This repeats a few times and continues if I keep pressing the button. After a short pause and another attempt, the system boots about 40% of the time. I verified the PSU using a paperclip test and it functions correctly. I've attached screenshots from my task manager after the last boot. Is this related to the motherboard or a cable? Here are the details: Windows 10 64 bit Z390-A PRO (BIOS 1.BO 8/10/2020 UEFI), Intel i7-9700K at 3.6GHz, 2x8GB OLOY DDR4 RAM running at 2700MHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, 1TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 SSD, WD Green 1TB drive, Gigabyte 750W 80+ gold PSU.
