I changed the motherboards and need to reinstall Windows. I use my brother's PC to switch it from CD to USB. After connecting the USB and setting it up, I get an error saying "please insert proper boot drive." I followed Linus's instructions but the issue persists. Any suggestions?

Begin the process of creating a bootable USB stick using Rufus or another open-source utility.
