I recently purchased a used PC with these specifications: an i5 4590 b85 g41, a PC Mate Gtx 1050ti, 20GB RAM (3x4 + 1x8), a 1TB HDD named Seasonic s12II, a 520W PSU, and an SSD added to speed things up. I installed Windows by cloning the HDD to the SSD, but faced issues with many programs due to mismatched sector sizes. After switching to Casper, I managed to boot from BIOS but couldn't install anything. I experimented with different BIOS settings, UEFI, and even tried formatting the SSD in GPT/MBR, but nothing worked. The hardware seemed to prevent installation, and even after a clean install attempt, the PC only booted slowly. It’s frustrating and unclear why this isn’t resolving. Any advice would be appreciated.
