Hello, over the past days I've observed significant delays when working with large files and folders. Images in Photoshop, video clips, etc., I was surprised to find that Windows locks my memory around 1067Mhz and CPU-Z shows 1064Mhz. Based on that, my RAM appears to be around 2128Mhz, which seems incorrect. My system runs Windows 10 version 1903 with a Ryzen 7 1800X at 3892.72Mhz (all-core, stock voltage). It uses an Asus Crosshair Hero VI Corsair 3200Mhz kit with 16GB (2x8GB). When I first set it up, memory reached 2956Mhz—still below the expected 3200Mhz speed, but I couldn't push it higher at that time. Eventually, it stopped responding properly. Now I can only boot with memory management enabled, yet Windows won't start regardless of adjustments. I haven’t updated the BIOS since around 2016 and haven’t paid much attention to other programs. I’m puzzled because no automatic updates have occurred recently, yet the memory settings reset suddenly. No one with experience on early Ryzen systems offered clear guidance. I plan to update the BIOS, reset the RAM, and try again later today. If anyone has tips on what to check, it would be really helpful. Thanks.
