I attempted to reach out to the seller, but haven't received a clear reply yet. I've tried the CPU with a Gigaby B450M DS3H motherboard (BIOS F63a), then with my ASUS TUF B550M Plus, but it doesn't boot at all and shuts off immediately. I've also tested various RAM kits—Corsair RGB, Crucial Ballistix, and Netac Shadow—and used different power supplies (TX650M and CX450M), without success. Could this be a scam? What might be the problem?

If the CPU is the variable and all other hardware works with different CPUs and the system supports CPU functionality, then it's faulty.

I believe you checked with a cooler in place. Did you examine the CPU for any signs of damage?

It has a few scratches on top, and some pins are slightly bent, but it should fit in the socket. I removed the cooler to demonstrate that it belongs to the CPU.

Was das Radfahren? Lass uns kurz weiterradieren und beobachten. Wenn nicht, könnte der CPU ein Problem vorliegen.

It seems like the item might be fake, so I’d request a full refund and look for another seller.

Nothing occurs, removing the rams halts the system at the DRAM on the ASUS board, then it powers off after 5-7 seconds.

It seems like the PSU might be disconnecting power, could the CPU be shorting or behaving in a similar way?

It doesn't return afterward, does it? It could be memory training... Honestly, anything's possible. Just make sure you submit it while the window is open.
