Hello. My GPU is an RX 570 8gb Nitro with updated drivers and Windows installed. The issue occurs when streaming a game—whether through OBS or another program, or directly from the GPU. After a few minutes, I encounter a black screen, hear the game sound, and have to shut down the computer. The reset button doesn’t work; it says the GPU has been restored to default settings, sometimes losing the driver entirely. This forces me to uninstall everything and reinstall the driver using AMD cleanup. Benchmark tests run smoothly without errors, but Furmark fails, causing a black screen and requiring repeated power cycles. Temperatures are normal, staying below 65°C. In the game, temperatures never exceed 65°C, but in Furmark they reach 62°C after about 3-4 minutes of testing, leading to a black screen. Could you clarify what’s happening? This is important because while gaming works fine otherwise, the problem disrupts my experience. Thanks.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide complete system details. List your specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, note the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
You need to uninstall everything and reinstall the GPU driver using AMD cleanup tool.
Preferably use DDU to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest driver from AMD's support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.
