I recently settled into a home equipped with Ruckus switches, several POE WAPs, and wired Ethernet ports throughout. The internet technicians restored service yesterday, and everything seemed to function properly. After work, I inspected the installation box and took charge of managing the cables. That meant disconnecting the Ruckus switch. Once reconnected, it stopped working entirely. My Ethernet-connected PC wasn’t receiving any data, and the WAPs weren’t powered up. There’s a status indicator on the device that changes lights, but I’m unsure what it means. After several reboot attempts with intervals in between, I attempted a factory reset. I unplugged the unit, pressed the reset button, and reinserted it. I kept holding the reset until the front lights flashed, but they continued to do so. It only ceased when I either removed the device or reset it again. The switch remains non-functional, and the status button is unresponsive. After some research, I discovered a way to access it via terminal and retrieved a message after rebooting: loading image from secondary NAND, encountering errors during read, and failing to boot. The kernel image was corrupted, preventing startup. It’s confusing—this information feels unfamiliar, and I’ve never worked with terminal commands before. I looked into upgrading software using a manifest file via a TFTP server, but I had no idea how to set it up properly. I tried connecting through a USB drive, but it only displayed the same error messages. I used the command `usb info` and confirmed the drive was recognized, yet I couldn’t figure out how to install the software. Perhaps I’m approaching this the wrong way. I found some videos explaining similar issues, but they were too complex for my understanding. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It's a Lennar property, though I didn't purchase it directly from them. I'm considering reaching out to Ruckus because I've invested a lot of time trying to resolve the issue and feel quite uncertain. Thanks!
