Here’s a clearer version of your message:

What I need to demonstrate ownership of:
1. My old password from several months back.
2. My name or ID (open to share for verification).
3. My phone number.
4. My IP address or the same Wi-Fi network.

What you’re expected to provide:
1. My password (currently unavailable).
2. My phone number (already available).
3a. A recovery email from Hotmail that Microsoft no longer has and isn’t accessible for anyone.
3b. My existing email address, which I’m already attempting to recover.

Because I can’t provide 3a or 3b, the system directs me to a helpful recovery guide. I’ve also tried communicating with AI via Twitter in Google’s chat, but it hasn’t worked. Wouldn’t hesitate to pay for a solution so I can prove my identity and regain access. I’m sure there should be a way to resolve this. People seem to get stuck when they forget their recovery password too.

It seems like the issue is mostly on your end. Your backup email is available to assist in restoring it; if it isn’t working, ensure it’s active. Ideally, having a working backup is essential. Usually, fixing an email of this nature requires a week or two of ongoing support and communication. Automated solutions won’t resolve it. You must reach out to the service, otherwise you won’t recover your messages.

Lesson learnt indeed. What is the email I am supposed to contact for this? Thanks. No urgency when it comes to time. But I DO want the account back.

It seems the system isn't assisting with account access. Check the provided links: "Forgot the email address you use to sign in" and "Can’t sign in for another reason."

It was just a fun idea. Have you attempted to set up that Hotmail account again? Google will accept a fresh account using the same name. I think it’s worth trying.
