Hello everyone
I recently got a brand new Razer Naga X mouse and whenever I first turn on Windows it won’t boot. It only starts after a restart and fails every second.
I’ve tried using the USB utilization tool, set the USB power management to unchecked, and even powered off the system.
It’s the same issue as in the video he mentioned.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
I have the exact same motherboard and CPU as him.
You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXTsVJJVHeY
It only works properly when the mouse is unplugged, otherwise Windows boots every time.

attempting to start from your mouse is possible because it contains storage, which might mean your BIOS is trying to boot via USB from it.

Do you need to adjust USB usage settings or not sure? If it disconnects, I log in normally on Windows but see a black screen when Razer is connected.
