After using my computer for a few months, I checked the BIOS and found my DDR4-3600 RAM was stuck at 2133mhz. I looked up instructions online to increase its speed and followed the steps to activate DOCP. After saving and restarting, the screen went black. A friend reset the CMOS so the system would boot, but now my RAM runs much slower than expected. Can anyone assist? I want the performance I paid for.

Use a manual oscilloscope at 3200 MHz with a 16-16-16-36 channel setting.

You set the cl16-16-16-36 by adjusting its position and alignment according to your device's specifications.
