Yesterday I assembled my new computer, featuring a Ryzen 7700X, an ASUS ROG Strix B650e-F gaming laptop with Wi-Fi, and a 3060 Ti. Everything is functioning properly, I've installed all components and played games successfully. My PS5 controller works fine, it connects via USB and syncs with Bluetooth, but I'm facing an issue downloading the official firmware updater. When I visit the correct website and click install, the download window appears empty and nothing loads. Confused...

I recently tested it and everything works properly. It might be the browser you're using.

I've attempted multiple times, but Norton continues to warn that the download is from an untrusted site. I might disable it and retry, but first I'll investigate the issue further.

It's time to disable Norton completely. Windows Defender actually performs quite well for everyday home use.
