Problem with PC showing black screens repeatedly every minute
Problem with PC showing black screens repeatedly every minute
I am managing an Intel BIOS and 2060 driver setup.
MSI B550 MPG GAMING PLUS
COOLER MASTER 850W MWE GOLD FULLY MODULAR (purchased today)
AMD RYZEN 7 3600X (used last week)
OLOY 8x2GB DDR4 RAM (2 years old)
360MM AIO AND 9 FANS
When I power on, the PC shuts down unexpectedly. All drivers are corrupted. My system originally had an Intel build, switched to AMD with a 3060, but now drivers are broken. Using my old M.2 card causes issues—turning it on makes the screen flicker, then go black, flashing dramatic lights before fully entering VGA and finally booting. It feels like a random reboot process.
I power on the system and it suddenly shuts down. The drivers are corrupted. My machine is a 2060 with an Intel build, but after switching to an AMD model with the 3060, the drivers are still faulty. Have you reinstalled the operating system following the platform change? If not, that should be your first step. Create a fresh bootable USB installer for your OS and then install it offline. After setup, manually add the newest drivers using an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
