The title says almost everything. Some days ago, the power went down four times in two days. After that I've getting this problem where five second after being shut down, my pc turns itself back on. I have no idea what this is, no option that seems relevant in the bios and also no cmos battery to be reseted. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forums and Happy New Year, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Sorry, I didn't know about this. The details you mentioned seem to be the main information available. I'm not very familiar with PC specifications, but I'll try my best to locate that data if needed.

Get a real PSU first.

Consent was given to begin by swapping the existing power supply shape with an actual one prior to starting the detailed troubleshooting.

Yes, there are suggestions. I was very tight on money at that time.

It depends on what's in stock. Which country or shop are you interested in?

I'm from Brazil, we have many online stores and we also purchase a lot from China. The main problem is the USD, which greatly increases prices.
