A few weeks back I powered off my PC using the throttle/shutdown button because everything froze. After that, it refused to turn on for about 14 hours before I kept restarting and plugging it in. This time the problem returned and became more bothersome. My HDD failed three days ago and caused a blue screen, so I turned off the PC again with the same button. When I replaced the drive, it still wouldn’t power on. The next day I repeatedly pressed the on/off button, and finally it worked after a few attempts. I also tried updating the BIOS, but the PC restarted during the update and turned off once more. This time it didn’t turn on until today after another attempt to press the on button. By the way, I checked all cables and RAM. I replaced the main battery and put it back in, but nothing changed. Also, when the PC fails to start, it usually takes about a second before it powers off completely—then it restarts briefly before shutting down again. If anyone has similar issues or knows a fix, please let me know. Also, the CPU light on the motherboard flashes red when the PC starts.

It's been a week and a half. Have you tried restarting into the system settings UeFI session and adjusting the undervolt and overvolt settings until the chipset stabilized? Or have you reset the BIOS to see if it boots normally? It seems like the device was struggling with heat or voltage issues—possibly due to barometric pressure changes, a slow fan startup, or other environmental factors.
