I own an i5-14600kf with the NOCTUA NH-D15 and a MSI PRO Z790-A.
Reaching 100c under load has been challenging, but undervolting helped before.
An update to my BIOS was necessary due to another problem, and now undervolting doesn’t work with the current settings.
Originally it worked at -0.050, but after another attempt at -0.025 it fails to boot.
Resetting the OC settings fixed the boot issue, though temperatures remain high.
I’m not very familiar with these things, but I’m glad you’re here for more help.
Thank you for your responses.

What BIOS update are you currently on? Intel's been going through a horrible spell with it's processors due to a discrepancy with their manufacturing process + the boards were previously pushing too much power through to the processor.
Make and model of your case and the number of fans and their orientation in said case? Ambient room air temps? Idle temps?
