I swapped my motherboard from the Asrock B360M iR1 to the MSI MGP Z390. I photographed all the wires so I can place them correctly on the new board. The new board doesn’t have an LED connector. Can anyone assist with turning on your PC case lights and fan?

The board supports 12V RGB and 5V ARGB connectors. I can clearly see them in the high-resolution photos—specs were mentioned on the motherboard page too. It seems to be the MSi MPG Z390 Pro Carbon.

If it's the Carbon Pro, there shouldn't be any issues.
