Problem with OS drive failing repeatedly
This issue occurred twice within the past two days. When I power on the PC, it displays the blue screen of death with the “inaccessible boot device” error. On some attempts, a message about a missing driver from system32 appears, though I can no longer recall which one. Each time I attempt to restore the operating system, I encounter an error stating that the OS is not installed. Yesterday, after reinstalling from scratch, everything seemed normal, but today the same problems resurfaced, now indicating the OS is completely missing. I also noticed two separate partitions appeared on another hard drive, similar to those on the boot device, and removing one didn’t resolve the issue. Recently, I set up two NVMe drives in RAID 0 using Intel Rapid Storage technology. In the BIOS, without a dedicated RAID card, I’m unsure if this might be contributing to the problem, especially since my boot drive is also an NVMe.
I have a 1,500GB NVMe drive intended for booting Windows, two 1TB NVMe drives in RAID 0, and a standard HDD. My CPU is an Intel I9-9700K, and I’m using the Aorus Pro WiFi Z390 motherboard. I use Malwarebytes, but I’m not sure if it’s interfering with the OS.
What could be causing this? Thank you for your time.
P.S. I understand RAID 0 isn’t recommended for NVMe devices, but I relied on them to function together as a volume. Between the spanning and RAID 0, I assumed using RAID 0 would be better, since I don’t store critical files there and I’m confident it wouldn’t cause issues. I’m willing to risk it if it prevents data loss.

After the previous update, I attempted to use the hdd on another machine and encountered a blue screen issue, which might have contributed to the current problem, though further testing is required.
And it significantly increases the complexity of upkeep and regular operation. If you completely disconnect all drives except Disk 2, does the 500GB SSD boot and function correctly?
currently it functions well with or without the additional drives, since i chose to reinstall windows a second time. However, yesterday i faced the same issue, with everything appearing to resolve after reinstalling windows, only to fail again at startup after a day. I plan to maintain all drives (except the hdd) connected for a few days and check if the problem persists.
What is the name of your 500GB OS drive?
Use the manufacturer's specific SSD tool to inspect the drive.
I think the OS drive might be malfunctioning.
You should verify
Fast boot is turned off in BIOS and
Fast startup is turned off in Windows.
Disable hibernation as well.
powercfg -h off

As mentioned before, removing my now-dead hdd seemed to resolve the issue, since I didn't encounter any errors in the past few days.
I'm unsure if a faulty hard drive can cause problems like this (I attempted to disconnect it from the system before reinstalling Windows, but it didn't fix the issue then), but if it does, I should be okay for now.
