Hey there, everyone. I’m reaching out for advice from this helpful group. I’ve been dealing with a problem where my CPU stays at 100% even after several Windows reinstalls. It’s really getting to be annoying, and I’m looking for some tips or ideas to fix it. Here’s what I know about my setup:

- OS: Windows 11
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
- RAM: 8x2 = 16 GB
- Storage: Adata XPG D60G DDR4 3200MT/s
- GPU: Gigabyte Rtx 3060

I’ve tried a few things already: reinstalling Windows multiple times, checking Task Manager, updating drivers, and running malware scans with Windows Defender and Hitman Pro. Still nothing seems to work. If anyone else has faced this or has suggestions, I’d really appreciate it.

A few more questions: Do you know which apps or tasks tend to spike the CPU? Has this happened after installing any new software or updates? Are there any error messages or warnings in the Event Viewer that could help? Your input would be super valuable in getting this resolved.

Thanks a lot ahead of time!
Best, Drago

This appears to be malicious software. Do you have another storage device available for installation? Make sure the existing drive is removed from the system before proceeding to avoid contamination. Use a new USB drive and run the Windows installation tool to generate a bootable USB on a different machine.

I'm experiencing the same issue again. Please review my post and check the WMI-Activity log I mentioned. It's possible our problem is linked. We can work together to find a solution.
