I own a PC I bought over five years ago without ever opening it. Recently, I tried to get it running again. It's a refurbished unit with Windows—probably version 8 or 10. When I turned it on, the hard drives weren't spinning and there was no video output. I installed a new graphics card but still didn't see any video. I also replaced the 3V battery on the motherboard. Please let me know what you think about possible fixes.
Thanks
