It's not uncommon to see some pins appear shorter after a few uses. This could be due to normal wear or manufacturing variations. Check if other components show similar signs.

Reviewed my own card, used it as an alibi to tidy it up, and found 10 similar images on Google—everyone shared the same shortened tracks on the PCB, suggesting everyone was involved or it was a mistake.

The pins work correctly when BIOS is configured with the video set to PCIe instead of IGPN. Make sure your motherboard model is recognized as PCIe, not IGPN. The manual contains unclear information—check the site for the correct link on advanced settings. If needed, initiate the graphic adapter and set it to PEG. Have you updated the BIOS?
