I recently purchased an MSI Pro B650M-P mobo, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, and 32GB DDR5 RAM. After installation, the yellow LED lights and red CPU indicators activated, making me hesitant to post. I tried various solutions, tested all RAM ports with both memory modules and different motherboards, and even swapped RAM and CPU. When I returned my CPU and RAM to the seller, they informed me the system functions normally except for this RAM. I experimented with a Kingston Fury 16x2 at 4800mhz, while using a Kingston 16x2 at 5200mhz and a GSKILL Trident Z5 16x2 at the same speed. It worked in one case but failed in others. I attempted to flash the BIOS with QFLL, but the motherboard continues to flash even after 30 minutes. Anyone know why this happens? Also, it’s not the PSU—my old PC with a Ryzen 5 5600X works perfectly.

The rams are filling up slots A2 and B2 as intended. For cooling the processor, you should check the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins. Regarding BIOS updates, consider flashing the BIOS while in BIOS mode using a FAT32 USB drive containing the most recent BIOS version. When sharing your troubleshooting thread, include all system specifications such as CPU details, cooler type, motherboard model, RAM information, SSD/HDD configuration, GPU details, power supply, chassis, operating system, monitor specs, and note the age of the PSU along with its make and model.

The issue has been resolved, you're correct. They should be A2 B2, usually I use A1 B1 and it works, but this time it took a long time to start. After about a minute the lights for the graphics card and CPU turn off and the PC boots up. I flashed the BIOS and I think that could have been the fix too, although I'm not sure. I'm certain that once I put the RAM in A2 B2 it started, so thanks for the help.
