I recently assembled a brand new PC, an MSI Z-790 Edge equipped with the I-9 Intel K13900, 4080 processor, Vengeance DDR5 RAM, and a RMA1000x power supply inside an H5 case. Every time I attempt to turn it on, nothing happens. There is a red light on the 4080 indicating power reception, but no other components respond after pressing the power button. After replacing the motherboard and power supply, I rebuilt the system and tried again. Each time I plugged everything in, it still fails to activate. The graphics card light remains on, yet nothing else functions. Anyone have any suggestions?

Consider starting without the 4080 as your 13900k has onboard graphics. Try 2 sticks of RAM instead of 4 if you have 4. Is the motherboard shorting out on the case? (possibly lost a screw somewhere)

Did you connect the 8 pin EPS connectors?
I believe you should have at least one, and possibly more.
Are there any LED status lights visible on the motherboard?
