Hi, I'm experiencing problems with sudden connection drops while playing, and I see spikes of 100-200 pings. My YouTube videos load slowly too. I checked my internet speeds and they're about 70% slower than expected (should be around 70/40). I tested on a testbench PC as well, but the same issues occurred. I ran a program to check for unauthorized downloads, but nothing was found. I scanned the full range from .1 to .255 using Cloudflare DNS. If you have any information, please let me know. Thanks!

You can achieve speeds up to 1 Gbps or more when connecting directly via Ethernet cable.

It appears the link remains inconsistent, currently showing 32/35 instead of the expected 100/100. Using Wi-Fi helps rule out those two switches as the issue.
