Hello everyone, I've built a setup for my son that includes an MSI MPG X570 gaming rig, an XFX Radeon RX580 GTS motherboard, a DDR4 3200 model with F4-3200C16D-16GTZR, AMD Ryzen 2700, and a Western Digital WD Black SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 250GB SSD. The issue is I can't boot Windows without encountering the boot led error on the motherboard. I've removed one RAM stick and swapped them, cleared the CMOS, but that only gets me back in once. Installing GPU drivers helps after a restart, but shutting down and rebooting repeatedly prevents accessing BIOS. I'm stuck—please advise on BIOS settings or troubleshooting steps. Thanks!
Hi Mate, It seems like a BIOS configuration problem or fault. Make sure to upgrade the motherboard BIOS if it isn’t already current, and see if there’s an update available for the RX580. Have you confirmed all power connectors are securely connected for the motherboard/graphics card?
I’ve connected all power connectors to the motherboard. Are you referring to updating the BIOS for the GPU while mentioning the RX580? You already have the latest drivers installed. Installing new BIOS updates isn’t possible because the system restarts with boot failures. I’ll look for configuration profiles for this board.
