Hello everyone! All the necessary components are already purchased. I selected everything through the PC part picker site, so I didn’t verify compatibility elsewhere. The CPU is an AMD 7950x, the motherboard is Asus Prime X670E Pro Wi-Fi (which advertises support up to 6400 MHz), and the RAM is G-Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-6400 (model F5-6400J3239G16GA2-TZ5RS). The issue arose because I checked the Asus motherboard’s QVL without confirming compatibility first, and my RAM isn’t listed there. The highest RAM listed for G-Skill is DDR5-6000 only, which might cause problems. I’d prefer not to return and buy something else if needed. Appreciate any advice!

You'll find out only after you give it a try.

It seems the kit might not be posting properly since it shares components with the G.Skill 5600 CL28 model listed on QVL. I’d also be surprised if the XMP profile functions well. The issue isn’t that the G.Skill kit won’t work, but that high speeds (over 6000MT/s) are unreliable on Ryzen 7000 boards. You can manually set typical profiles like 6000 CL30-38-38 or 6200 CL32-39-39. Also, AMD XMP kits often cause stability problems, so you’ll need to adjust memory settings yourself regardless of the board.

It might be better to consider EXPO kits. EXPO is the standard AMD uses for motherboard slots.
