My internet connection is really slow and unstable. I thought replacing the simple router/modem with a better one with proper ports and antennas would fix it. But when I swap the SIM card and restart the router, it still shows no service and stays that way. I’m confused since the other router has 5G service.

Which service are you utilizing? Which device are you attempting to connect to?

The service provider has confirmed compatibility for the talk net SIM card, while the router is a compatible MF279 model.

Include the router specifications on its label. AT&T's frequency range needs to appear on their site.
