Updated to the newest release, but my microphone is completely unresponsive. No one seems to have a solution. The Windows and system reports everything is fine, yet it blocks me from speaking or using it. I also tried changing settings, but the interface says "Wizard failed to start." Any advice would be greatly appreciated if someone has resolved this problem.

Perform a system restore before updating. [quickest solution] Install the software using the uninstaller, enter safe mode, then execute it. Restart to return to normal settings. Redownload the latest drivers and software, then install.

I restored the windows and refreshed everything. After connecting all my audio ports and similar devices, it still didn’t function. I discovered a solution and shared it. It seems I needed to enable access or bypass privacy controls. z-z.

I believe this. Yet honestly, I feel it was my mistake—I turned it off while going through everything after reinstalling. It’s frustrating how it still shows up. Shouldn’t completely disable your microphone? Still, it’s annoying to have to reinstall and re-download everything just for that small issue xD.
