CPU-11700kf motherboard from Gigabyte Aorus Z490 Elite (rev1.0) paired with a GPU featuring around 3070 RAM. The setup includes two 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro sticks at 3200MHz and one 16GB Kingston Fury stick at 3466MHz, connected to an EVGA BQ 850 power supply. The build aimed to upgrade and replace parts from an Alienware Aurora R12. Initially, the Aurora had a minor graphics glitch that resolved itself, but later it began experiencing power problems. We didn’t investigate further, though the system would only stay on when the power button was pressed while no display output appeared. After relocating the CPU, GPU, drives, and RAM into a new case, I learned the board requires a BIOS update before use. Checking the motherboard’s supported RAM list didn’t reveal any issues with the listed parts. When powered on for the first time, everything functioned correctly, but the BIOS check failed because the RAM verification light never activated. I experimented with various RAM stick configurations and a known working Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB stick at 3000MHz, concluding that the CPU itself isn’t the problem—the lights seemed to pass before installation.

I'm not sure about the boot behavior with only some components installed. I attempted to start the system with everything except RAM, but it kept freezing and the RAM light stayed on.
I didn’t complete my question, sorry. To access where I should flash the BIOS, could it handle that without needing anything other than the RAM? That’s where I was and I’m still facing the problem of the RAM light not passing.
The Q-Flash function works without needing a boot. Just connect the power supply and the motherboard, and that's it.
