Here’s a rephrased version of your message:

I own a 7950X and an X670E TUF, purchased at launch. It's a bit outdated but still a solid setup. I bought it with the Kingston Fury 2x16GB C36 kit—I think that's correct. It performed flawlessly, or so it seemed. During the early BIOS updates, the RAM showed some instability at 6000MHz, but stabilized at 5600MHz afterward. Once the next BIOS update came, everything settled down at 6000MHz. The kit is considered top-tier.

Now I have a 2x32GB kit for my birthday—Kingston Fury 2x32GB C30. It’s a tighter configuration but still ranked first. So, it’s not a one-to-one match. Initially, I wasn’t sure if running at 6000MHz would work, but I needed the RAM for a project. At 5600 or even 4800MHz should be fine.

Recently, I encountered an issue with the 4 sticks. The A2B2 slot kept the 32GB kit (A2/B2 is typically 2-4 slots from the CPU side, which usually needs manual setup). The 64GB kit worked perfectly in the other slot. After a long training session, it went straight to the CPU and froze—so I thought the 64GB kit was dead. But now I’m trying to run it with A1-B1. It doesn’t boot at all. The LED lights are red, and it hangs without starting. I checked the manual, but nothing seems off.

I also tried forcing it into base RAM settings and adding modules, but that didn’t work. No stability problems so far—still runs at full speed with no crashes. MEMTEST86+ shows everything is fine. The only thing that bothers me is whether one port might be faulty. All BIOS updates look normal, and the latest ones haven’t changed anything.

I’m stuck—either the motherboard or the 7950X has an issue with its memory controller. But honestly, it’s not burning out under load (120W max), so maybe it’s just a problem with the RAM setup or something specific to this kit. I’ve seen many videos about people having trouble with four modules on AMD, but most complain about needing lower speeds. My experience is different—I’m okay with that. The R2 modules seem to handle things better than the R1.

I don’t understand why it doesn’t start up, but you won’t reach maximum performance even with four controllers. I’d prefer using just one kit instead.
