Of course, if I restart, I see (the shot below). Hibernation is disabled and fast boot isn't working.

Windows still keeps hibernation files on the disk. Linux probably won’t mount them unless you connect them via terminal in read-only mode. You’ll have to fully power off Windows first for them to disappear. Be sure to dispose of those Windows hibernation files responsibly.

Check your startup options to confirm hibernate is disabled. Fast boot settings may override hibernate, so verify they’re turned off. If unsure, disable hibernate manually through the application menu or system settings.
