Hi, I'm trying to assist the other person with their laptop, but we haven't succeeded yet. The charger was connected and showing power, yet the laptop wouldn't turn on. We attempted holding the power button, then tried the Novo button which now boots to a recovery screen labeled "Nova button menu." It fades away quickly. Pressing Enter displays the Lenovo splash screen but the laptop shuts off. The beep sounds twice in the recovery menu, and it only stays on if something is connected in the port. Any advice would be appreciated.
