The virtual machine in VMware Workstation 17.0.2 Build 21581411 fails to start. Upon attempting to launch any virtual operating system, the following alert appears:
Previous experience with VMware Workstation version 16.2.4 Build 20089737 worked without issues. After upgrading to version 17.0.2 Build 21581411, virtual system booting stopped. In VMware Workstation I attempted to create a new VM fully compatible with version 17.0.2, but the same issue persisted.
BIOS is configured with Secure Virtual Machine Mode enabled.
Hardware details: Asus M4N68T-M LE V2, nVIDIA nForce 7025-630a, AMD K10 processor, 4096 MB RAM (DDR3 SDRAM), AMD Radeon HD 6670 (1GB), TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 HDD, ATAPI iHAS124 drive, Power supply Modecom FEEL 3 400W.
Operating system: Windows 10 22H2 Pro 64 bit.

I’ll share the same response as the other participants on that forum. Your processor doesn’t meet the requirements, you’ll need a newer CPU or revert to version 16.
