Hello everyone! My laptop runs Office 2013. Everything worked until this morning when the owner added a Genband Personal Communicator that connects to Outlook. It looks like they installed the incorrect version, then removed it and accidentally deleted Outlook during the process. Now Outlook won't open and shows the error: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook." I've tried various commands to fix it, including using the reset options and even running Microsoft's uninstall tool, but nothing helped. After reinstalling, the control panel still asks for more memory before launching mail. The machine has 4GB RAM, Windows 64-bit, and about 300GB free space. It seems the issue isn't with memory or storage, just something else. Any suggestions? I'm considering replacing the laptop if this doesn't work.
