You've purchased the game properly, but it won't launch. It seems to have been stuck for a while. You're experiencing issues since about a month ago. What steps should you take to get it running again?

The servers are currently offline for scheduled maintenance. However, I managed to access them in offline mode. Since you haven’t played recently, it might need re-validation, which will require a connection.

they mentioned it would take about 7 hours, but I think they’ve been struggling for a while now. Perhaps check every half hour for the next few hours.

It appears the second part of my statement is linked to what I mentioned earlier. Your copy may need re-verification or reactivation, which will involve connecting to the R* servers. (Your image indicates you were offline, too.)
