Problem with laptop: it crashes repeatedly to a black screen or BSOD.
The Legion 5 laptop has been restarting multiple times daily recently. Crashes occur as BSODs with varying messages such as 'kernel security check failure', 'system service exception', or 'page fault in non-paged area', and sometimes a black screen appears before restarting. This issue persists even after reinstalling Windows. I have run memtest86 from a USB drive (completed four passes without problems), used Driver Verifier which caused the system to crash until entering safe mode, removed and reinstalled graphics drivers via DDU, updated BIOS and CPU drivers. The OneDrive link points to the latest minidump files and system information. Event Viewer indicates the system rebooted from a bugcheck, noting that it shut down without a clean restart. Crashes also occur when only one browser is open or when the laptop is unplugged. Assistance in diagnosing the problem would be greatly appreciated.
It seems there might be a hardware problem, probably with the CPU. When it behaves strangely, various error messages appear. Take your laptop to a repair shop for diagnostics and repairs. Alternatively, consider replacing it with a new one to avoid further issues.
