Hi, a few months back my Windows 8.1 showed as connected but wasn’t actually working. After a week of troubleshooting, I decided to reset the whole laptop and wipe everything, which led me to need a Windows installation or recovery media. I used a system image recovery, but it disabled Windows 8.1. Now I’m stuck—how can I get my internet back? I’ve tried everything, including using a USB drive, but it doesn’t recognize the laptop. Please help me out.
