Hey there, I’ve got an old HP DV6-635dx laptop that hasn’t worked with its internal network adapter since switching to Windows 10. It’s fine with Ethernet, but it won’t connect via Wi-Fi. Below are the diagnostic details it provides. Sorry if this isn’t enough, but anyone have suggestions?

Occasionally, HP keyboards have the function keys pre-set as control keys like volume or mute, meaning you might not need to press the fn key. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, there aren’t many alternatives left. It seems to be a hardware problem.
