You just assembled your PC and installed Windows, but it shut down after about 30 seconds. When you turned it back on, it reported high CPU temperatures and shut down again. Inspect all your connections to ensure everything is securely attached to the correct headers. I own the Z53, which can be quite challenging due to the numerous cables needed for the pump block. Once confirmed everything is connected correctly, verify the mounting to check for proper contact with the IHS on the CPU. If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a malfunction. Retrieve the tubes and test the system while it runs to see if any fluid flows. Lack of flow could indicate a dead pump.
