Hi, your nephew purchased GTA 5 but is having trouble accessing it. When he logs in through Steam and plays, he sees an error screen. He realized the account isn't his social club one, so he entered his login details with an already-activated GTA 5 code. After signing in, he continues to the login page but is redirected back to the error screen. He managed to get a ticket from Rockstar, though it might take some time. His Steam account shows the game is activated, but when he tries to log in directly from Steam to play, it blocks him and displays a non-activated account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

That's exactly what the goal is. You can't separate it—it's not feasible.
