Couldn't locate the board with the supplied image. The in-line RAM and vertically placed VRM in the upper left corner are clearly identifiable, indicating it's not a standard model. Taking complete photos of the motherboard without the GPU might reveal a model number that’s easier to search, as the numbers on the reference page don’t match anything meaningful. Based on what I see now, it seems to be an Intel-branded board tailored for that chassis. Given the size of the CPUs, you may need to re-seat them, though that seems unlikely even in that case.
