Problem with Intel AC8260 Bluetooth connection
So some time ago I purchased a used Dell Precision 7510, which is mostly in good condition except for one odd issue—the Bluetooth is completely missing. From what I understand, it should have an Intel AC 8260 wireless card with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features. However, despite the Wi-Fi working perfectly, the Bluetooth remains non-functional. There’s no way to turn it on through Windows, it doesn’t appear in Device Manager, and I’ve tried installing new drivers without success. The laptop was freshly installed with Windows 10 Pro, and I verified the BIOS settings—Bluetooth was enabled.
While disassembling the device to reapply thermal paste, I inspected the wireless card and found it was fine. It had to be removed for disassembly, but that didn’t help either. Recently, I attempted to completely remove the "Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260" from Device Manager and reinstall both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers from scratch, but again, no improvement.
I even tried disabling fast boot, following a suggestion from someone else who had resolved the problem that way, but it still didn’t work. At this stage I’m quite stuck and can’t think of any other solution. I’ve searched up to page 3 on Google for various websites and haven’t found any effective fix.
Maybe someone with more experience could help me figure out what’s happening? The only option I have is to replace the card, but I’d rather try to find a workaround before doing that.

in windows 10, is bluetooth enabled in the settings menu (located near airplane mode)?

Chipset drivers were updated along with every other driver I could think of.
Doesn't seem to be any hardware switch or hotkey for Bluetooth specifically, and it's enabled inside the BIOS. As for windows, it literally doesn't show up anywhere. There is no option to turn it on as Windows won't even recognize the Bluetooth module whatsoever. Every other case I've seen of this, it shows up on device manager as generic Bluetooth radio or unknown device, but in my case it's missing entirely.
I will try updating the BIOS and see if that does anything.
