Hi, I've been facing connection problems for a while, especially when playing Apex or other games. The connection feels very unstable at the beginning, with ping jumping between 70 and 1000. There are times when packets drop completely. I think it might be related to my motherboard—just last week I tried using Wi-Fi and switched to 5G on my phone, and the same issues appeared. I know 5G can support stable gaming connections. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sure, I see your point. What might it possibly mean? I've never experienced something like this before.

I reached out to them. They attempted three different solutions, and it worked for about a day. Could this be related to a change? I have a setup between my PC and router, so the connection from the router should be reachable.

I didn't face such problems for a while and have been using their service for four years now. The first year was really bad, but they made a lot of improvements. Before this, I had a solid connection even during the biggest lockdown—it was quite good. It's odd how my connection drops when it starts to rain heavily.

Unfortunately, the main problem was that I had no options, but now I checked if anyone had speeds at least 50/50 and there were many of them.

Despite using 5G, some internet remains unreliable because of other factors affecting performance.
