Hey! I'm trying to use my other GPU (RTX 2070) instead of the built-in one on my Alienware M15 R-3. The issue is that the display adapter labeled as Intel UHD graphics isn't showing up in Device Manager, which is confusing. I need to resolve this by following these steps: install all necessary drivers, enable UHD graphics, attempt to turn GPU on via BIOS, reinstall Windows, and replace the motherboard Dell recommended.
The setup consistently relies on the iGPU. It's likely unintentional. The system will dynamically transition between iGPU and GPU based on workload needs.
