I'm facing issues installing Minecraft and Forza Horizon from the Microsoft store. I discussed the problem with someone on Microsoft's forums. It seems the issue is related to Microsoft Gaming Services not installing properly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have you checked that your Windows files are intact (DISM and SFC)? Use the System File Checker tool to fix any missing or damaged system files - Microsoft Support. Describes how to employ the System File Checker tool for resolving missing or corrupted system files in Windows. support.microsoft.com

I obtained the installer from a reliable source within my environment. Regarding other issues, have you encountered similar problems elsewhere on your system?

I faced a similar issue with Forza after setting up the Xbox companion app, but once I installed it via there, it worked properly. Try that.

The PC was initially manufactured with Windows 10. It was upgraded to Windows 11 about a year ago. The upgrade process likely involves reinstalling the operating system, which can be done by generating a bootable USB drive using Windows Media Creation Tools.
