I found out my monitor's 75hz refresh rate was interfering with the game's low FPS limit. I thought using VSR might help since my GPU handles 60FPS well at higher resolutions. My PS3 controller worked fine before, but now input lag is too long—about half a second. The game feels much smoother though. Could VSR be contributing to this problem?
