It’s been happening lately. When I turn it on, sometimes it works fine, but I’ve already used the warranty. It’s just a gift, so I don’t have much choice. I use it for games, but the screen sometimes freezes and I have to shut it down. What should I do to stop this? I’m not very familiar with computer parts or tech terms, so please explain everything clearly, like you’re talking to a five-year-old. Thanks!
