I possess a one-year ASUS Vivobook s15 with an Intel core i5-8250U and 8GB RAM. Right from the start, the memory usage was nearly half even after a restart, despite nothing being using RAM in Task Manager. Initially, I suspected a Windows issue, but after several updates it remained unchanged. I captured a screenshot after a fresh restart. Assistance is needed!

3.3gb during idle is typical nowadays; mine is currently 3.6gb at startup.

This indicates that following several updates, it remains a Windows-based system...
